Our virtual hotel number comes with the live 24 hour hotel receptionist who will greet callers with the appropriate greeting such as "Welcome to the HOTEL NAME! How may I direct your call?" The receptionist will ask for the room number or the name of the guest and upon being given the right information she will route the call to any number clients specify or put a caller on hold, contact clients and ask if they would like to take a call as if they are in their hotel's room.

| We offer a solid and a carefully constructed 2 – 5 day alibi package for a client who is comfortable with the idea of going to a training. Our partner Seminar/Training/Conference Organizing Company has a database of over 50,000 seminars and conferences with appropriate materials on a variety of topics such as Medicine, Engineering and Technology, Physical Science, Law, Education, Business and Economics, Math and Statistics, Social Sciences, Humanity - to name just a few. Our partner company has its own Internet Website with the toll-free number answered by the trained receptionist. This package comes with many options that could be altered to include or exclude more services and that would give our clients a feeling of extra security and confidence in ensuring a complete privacy and anonymity in their private affairs. |
a. We place a call to you in advance confirming that your seminar/training/conference is scheduled for a date and a location designated by you.
• To call from a “Private” phone number
• To call from any number requested by a client
b. We mail you a conference invitation along with the timetable and topics overview, backed up by our partner’s company toll-free number with the trained receptionist who will be prescreening all incoming phone calls.
c. We will send you an e-ticket confirmation that you will be able to print if you choose to travel to a destination different from your actual point of travel.
d. We will set you up with the virtual hotel number which will be answered by a live operator 24 hours a day. The operator will greet a caller with an appropriate hotel greeting message and will handle a call according to the instructions.
e. We will send you a Certificate of Completion within 10 business days from the end of training.
e. We will e-mail you digital photographs of you among the students at a particular location chosen by you.
f. We can make a follow up call to you from one of the “students” wanting to keep in touch with you. (His phone number could be kept for a future need.)
